MH001 is expected to become the first new drug (FIC) against drug addiction by inhibiting central synaptic plasticity.

MH001 is used to reduce or ameliorate the analgesic tolerance, physical dependence and addiction caused by long-term use of opioids. In another word, that is to reduce side effects caused by long-term use of morphine and other opioids.

We found the target that caused side effects of opioids, and then screened out the compound MH001 that effectively inhibited the activity of this target.

In vitro binding experiments and animal efficacy verification studies have been completed with encouraging results.
